About Pink Limon

Two people got tired of their own living room.

That's it. That's the origin story. Everything else on this page is just the details.

Makes the thing Geetashree Banerjee, co-founder and designer of Pink Limon

Geetashree Banerjee

Eight years designing furniture across interiors, manufacturing, and e‑commerce. Knows exactly why that lamp costs what it costs, and how to make it cost less without making it worse.

Sells the thing Riju Roy Choudhury, co-founder and brand marketer of Pink Limon

Riju Roy Choudhury

Brand Marketer

A decade building brands inside some of the country's top agencies. Believes a brand should be something you'd want to be seen with, not just something you bought.

How It Started

The flat that started it all

We moved to Bangalore and wanted our home to look like us - loud, proud and a little dramatic. Easy, we thought.

Then we went shopping. Everything interesting was priced like a giant sized hole in our pockets. Everything affordable looked fine. Just fine. So we did what everyone our age does: thrift shopping in lanes, forty open tabs on our laptop, abandoned carts, a screenshots folder full of things we wanted but just couldn’t get.

It took us 2 years to make one flat feel like ours. Nobody should need that long. That thought wouldn't leave us alone, so we turned it into a brand.

Why Pink Limon

The gap nobody was filling

Turns out we weren't the only ones stuck choosing between "boring" and "can't afford it." India has brands doing quirky well already, the motif‑and‑print kind of quirky, and it's genuinely good. What nobody had picked up:

Pop Art Neon Memphis Bauhaus

The loud, graphic design language you'd expect on an art‑school poster, not in a home decor catalogue.

Geetashree knew how to design and manufacture it properly. Riju knew how to build a brand people would actually want to be seen with. So we built the thing we couldn't find.

Our Mission

We create experiences that make you enjoy coming back home.

Our mission is simple: To create a dopamine triggering, mood uplifting, kicka** home decor brand.

Starting with our signature candles and lamps, and soon expanding into new decor categories, Pink Limon is proudly made in India, priced for India.
